About this role
The Lead of Mool Suvidha & Financial Inclusion will lead our efforts on strengthening the Sahariya communities’ access to basic services and fair financial systems.
The role focuses on addressing the gaps that prevent communities from accessing essential amenities such as water, food, and healthcare, as well as financial safeguards such as banking services and insurance.

Remuneration
The compensation for this position will be INR 40,000- 45,000 per month commensurate with competencies and experiences. We will reimburse costs incurred for work-related travel.

Qualifications and competencies
Demonstrated commitment to working with disadvantaged groups or communities.
An undergraduate degree in law, social sciences or allied disciplines is necessary.
4-5 years of experience in conducting research, policy analysis, and/ or advocacy in the rights-based or development sector.
Strong understanding of how public delivery systems function, particularly in relation to welfare schemes and tribal development policies, is a must.
Prior experience in a supervisory role is necessary.
Prior experience in liaisoning with partner organisations as well as with donor organisations is preferred.
Prior work experience with and/ or knowledge of challenges faced by PVTGs in accessing basic services and financial systems or comparable experience is preferred.
Outstanding written and oral communication skills are essential. Must be proficient in both English and Hindi.
