These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the website sehr.org.in (“Website”), owned and operated by Zenith Society for Socio Legal Empowerment, a society registered under the Madhya Pradesh Society Registration Act / applicable Act, having its registered office at H.No. 56, Pili Kothi, Kamlaganj, Shivpuri, Madhya Pradesh, India - 473551 (“Zenith”, “Society”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
“You” or “user” means any person who accesses or uses the Website. By accessing or using the Website in any manner, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Website.
2. Nature of the Website and Our Work
Zenith is a non-profit working towards breaking the cycles of exploitation, oppression and exclusion in the Sahariya Adivasi community in Central India. The Website is intended to share information about our work, programmes, resources and ways to get involved, and, where enabled, to allow visitors to contact us, volunteer, seek assistance or make donations.
3. No Legal Advice — No Advocate-Client Relationship
Nothing on this Website constitutes legal advice or creates an advocate-client, lawyer-client or professional relationship between you and Zenith, its office bearers, volunteers or any affiliated advocate. Articles, case studies, RTI/legal literacy material and other content are provided for general information and public education only and must not be relied upon as a substitute for advice from a qualified legal practitioner familiar with your specific facts. If you wish to seek legal assistance or case-specific advice from Zenith, you must do so through our formal intake process, and no attorney-client relationship arises merely from browsing this Website, submitting an enquiry form, or corresponding by email prior to Zenith's express confirmation that it is taking up your matter.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree that, while using the Website, you will not upload, post, transmit or share any content that:
belongs to another person and to which you have no right;
is defamatory, obscene, pornographic, harassing, hateful, discriminatory, or otherwise unlawful;

7. Donations and Payment Processing
Where the Website enables online donations, payments are processed through a third-party payment gateway. Zenith does not store your card, UPI or net-banking credentials, and is not responsible for any failure, delay or error caused by the payment gateway or your bank. Any dispute regarding a payment transaction should first be raised with the relevant payment provider or bank. Thereafter, it can sent to the Grievance Officer of the Organization.

The Website may contain links to third-party websites or resources provided for convenience. Zenith does not control and is not responsible for the content, accuracy or practices of any linked third-party site, and inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement. Your use of any third-party site is at your own risk and subject to that site's own terms.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Subject to the jurisdiction of appropriate constitutional courts, the courts at Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Website.
