Zenith Society for Socio Legal Empowerment (“Zenith”, “we”, “us” or “our”) operates sehr.org.in (“Website”).
This Cookie Policy explains how the Website uses cookies and similar technologies, including local storage, pixels and third-party services. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.
2. What Are Cookies and Similar Technologies?

3. Technologies Used on the Website
a) Language and Theme Preferences
The Website uses local storage to remember your selected language and light or dark theme preference.
Local storage allows these preferences to remain available when you move between pages or return to the Website. It is stored within your browser and is not used by Zenith for advertising or behavioural tracking.
You can remove this information through your browser settings. If you do so, you may need to select your language or theme preference again.
b) Framer
The Website is created and hosted using Framer.
Framer provides built-in website analytics that help us understand information such as the number of Website visits, page views, commonly visited pages and referral sources.
Framer states that its built-in analytics does not use cookies or persistent identifiers and does not collect information that identifies an individual. Framer’s built-in analytics therefore does not ordinarily require a separate analytics cookie to be placed on your device.
Framer may nevertheless process limited technical information necessary to host, secure and deliver the Website in accordance with its own privacy policy.
c) Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors interact with the Website. Google Analytics may collect information such as:
pages visited;
time spent on the Website;
approximate location;
browser and device type;
operating system;
referring website or source; and
interactions with Website features.
Google Analytics ordinarily uses first-party cookies, including _ga and _ga_<container-id>, to distinguish visitors and sessions. Google states that these cookies have a default expiry period of two years, although their duration may be changed through our Google Analytics settings or affected by browser restrictions.
Google Analytics is treated as a non-essential analytics service. Where consent is required by applicable law, Google Analytics cookies should not be activated until you have provided that consent.
d) Meta Pixel
We use the Meta Pixel to understand how visitors interact with the Website and to measure the effectiveness of communications or campaigns conducted through Meta services such as Facebook and Instagram.
The Meta Pixel may allow Meta to receive information about your device and activity on the Website, including pages visited, actions taken, IP address, browser information and identifiers stored in cookies.
Meta may use cookies such as _fbp for advertising, measurement and analytics purposes. Meta states that the _fbp cookie generally has a lifespan of 90 days.
The Meta Pixel is treated as a non-essential marketing and analytics technology. Where consent is required by applicable law, it should not be activated until you have provided that consent.
Information received by Meta is processed in accordance with Meta’s own privacy and cookie policies.
e) YouTube
The Website may contain videos embedded from YouTube.
When a YouTube video or player is loaded, YouTube may use cookies or similar technologies to:
provide and operate the video player;
remember playback preferences;
maintain security;
measure video views and performance; and
provide advertising or personalised content, depending on your Google settings.
YouTube is operated by Google. Information collected through an embedded YouTube player is processed in accordance with Google’s privacy and cookie policies.
Where consent is required by applicable law, embedded YouTube content should not load until you have provided the relevant consent. If you decline, the video may remain unavailable unless you choose to open it directly on YouTube.
f) Google Maps
The Website uses Google Maps to display location and address information.
When an embedded map is loaded, Google may receive technical and usage information, including your IP address, browser and device information and interactions with the map. Google may also use cookies or similar technologies to operate the map, maintain security, remember preferences and measure usage.
Information collected by Google through an embedded map is governed by Google’s privacy and cookie policies.
Where consent is required by applicable law, Google Maps should not load until you have provided the relevant consent. If you decline, the interactive map may remain unavailable, although the address may still be displayed as text.
g) Razorpay
The Website uses Razorpay to facilitate online donations and payments.
When you choose to make a donation through Razorpay, you may be redirected to, or shown, a payment interface operated by Razorpay. Razorpay may use session and persistent cookies or similar technologies to:
process and authenticate payments;
maintain security;
detect and prevent fraud;
recognise your browser or device;
remember relevant preferences; and
understand interactions with its services.
Razorpay independently collects and processes payment and transaction information in accordance with its own privacy policy. Zenith does not receive or store your complete card, UPI or bank-account credentials when they are entered directly into Razorpay’s payment interface.
Technologies that are necessary to complete a donation you have requested may be treated as strictly necessary for that transaction. Other Razorpay technologies, if any, remain subject to Razorpay’s policies and applicable consent requirements.
h) Brevo
We use Brevo to manage email subscriptions, mailing lists and communications sent to individuals who have chosen to receive updates from us.
Where Brevo forms or tracking technologies are incorporated into the Website, Brevo may process information including form submissions, pages visited, link interactions, browser and device information and email engagement data.
If the Brevo tracker is enabled, it may place a cookie called visitor_id on your device. This cookie allows Website activity to be associated with a Brevo contact after that visitor identifies themselves, for example by submitting a Brevo form or following a link in an email sent through Brevo.
The Brevo tracker is treated as a non-essential analytics and communications technology. Where consent is required by applicable law, it should not be activated until you have provided that consent.
Information processed by Brevo is governed by Brevo’s privacy practices and our agreement with Brevo. You may unsubscribe from marketing or update emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link contained in the relevant communication.
4. Consent for Non-Essential Technologies
Where required under applicable law, non-essential analytics, marketing and embedded-content technologies will be activated only after you have provided consent.
The Website’s cookie notice or preference controls may allow you to:
accept all non-essential technologies;
reject all non-essential technologies;
choose particular categories; and
change or withdraw your choices later.
