Ramesh works with Sahariya communities across Gwalior to understand barriers to water, ration, electricity, pensions and other essential services. He helps people document these concerns and works with the Mool Suvidha and Financial Inclusion team to develop individual and collective responses.
With a background in commerce and work in education since 2008, Ramesh brings long experience of supporting people through learning and public systems. His field practice combines listening, practical guidance and follow-up with government offices, banks and welfare institutions.
Ramesh enjoys travelling, singing and meeting new people. These interests reflect the sociability he brings to fieldwork, where trust and conversation often form the beginning of a community member’s effort to understand a problem and seek a solution.
