Rakesh Kumar Sharma

Paralegal

Mool Suvidha and Financial Inclusion

Rakesh works across Sahariya villages in Sheopur to understand why essential services and financial systems do not reach people as intended. He gathers evidence, records each concern in detail and helps Sehr identify patterns across schemes, welfare policies and institutions.

His sixteen years in tribal development, livelihoods, health, sanitation, self-help groups and the Jal Jeevan Mission give him a wide view of how public programmes operate. Training in sociology and social work supports a practice that connects household experiences with organisational research and advocacy.

Rakesh enjoys travelling and listening to music. He brings patience and continuity to documentation-heavy work, treating each record as part of a larger effort to improve how Sahariya experiences are understood within the systems meant to serve them.
