Pratiksha represents community members in land disputes before revenue courts, administrative authorities and other public institutions. She researches legal questions, prepares documents and travels across Gwalior to attend hearings and make representations on behalf of her clients.
A law graduate of Jiwaji University, she previously worked with a government advocate on criminal-justice and service matters before the district court and High Court. That experience supports her ability to navigate the different forums through which land and rights-related claims must move.
Pratiksha is especially committed to making legal support available to women facing domestic violence. Her interests in social work, cooking and dance sit alongside a practice shaped by accessibility, persistence and a willingness to accompany people through intimidating legal processes.
