Neeraj works with Sahariya communities in Gwalior to identify barriers to essential services and financial systems. He documents concerns and helps people pursue them through applications, Jan Sunwais, the CM Helpline and collective engagement with public authorities.

His background spans education, public health, disaster-risk reduction and community development, supported by training in computer science, history, mathematics and education. As a certified master trainer, he combines systematic documentation with the ability to make unfamiliar processes easier to understand.

Neeraj enjoys literature, music, travel and social work. He brings a teacher’s orientation to the team, helping colleagues and community members move from information to understanding and from understanding to practical action.
