Gajendra works with Sahariya communities across villages and bastis in Gwalior to understand land-related concerns in depth. Through extended conversations, field visits and research, he helps people clarify their options, gather evidence and make informed decisions about legal action.

Trained in law and social work, he has also served as a para-legal volunteer and worked on environmental conservation and public-scheme awareness. This grounding helps him connect legal literacy with community-based problem-solving and the practical realities surrounding a dispute.

Gajendra is motivated by social justice and the belief that people should be able to understand and claim their own rights. He brings a teacher’s patience to legal awareness, explaining unfamiliar processes in ways that strengthen confidence rather than dependence.
