Arvind coordinates Sehr’s Mool Suvidha and Financial Inclusion team across three districts. He helps paralegals plan fieldwork, respond to challenges and organise community meetings and service camps, while working with public officials to move documentation and entitlement processes forward.

His more than twenty years in education, health, Panchayati Raj and community development give him a practical understanding of how public systems function locally. Training in political science, education and social work supports his role as both an operational lead and a guide to the team.

Arvind enjoys meeting people and building relationships across communities and institutions. He values family life, collaboration and public service, bringing to the team a belief that durable change depends on people being able to work together with trust.
