Akash manages Sehr’s Shivpuri office, preparing the space each morning and ensuring that daily work can begin smoothly. He coordinates cleaning, furniture, cupboards, refreshments, stationery and event materials, and takes responsibility for closing the office at the end of the day.

Before joining Sehr, he supported education initiatives with Sahariya children in Aamdar Colony. That experience, together with his higher-secondary education, connects the practical care of an office with a wider interest in how organised spaces can support learning and community work.

Akash enjoys reading and learning and brings curiosity and critical thinking to new responsibilities. His contribution is expressed through consistency: noticing what is missing, preparing it before others need to ask and helping colleagues depend on the place in which they work.
