Adithi coordinates Sehr’s newsletter and supports the leadership on communications, fundraising and organisational strategy. She identifies stories, works with colleagues to gather accurate details and photographs, edits each edition and coordinates its design.

Trained in law, she has worked with international organisations, industry associations and non-profits from a policy perspective. This background helps her connect editorial choices with wider questions of organisational systems, donor relationships and how Sehr presents its work to different audiences.

Adithi is interested in holistic development, trade and economic policy. She enjoys reading, travelling, meeting people and experimenting with new ideas, bringing to the team a habit of learning across disciplines and building connections between people who might otherwise remain apart.
