Sunil leads the Sahariya Learning Collective alongside its participants, supporting Sahariya leaders as they build confidence, exchange knowledge and contribute to Samavesh. He facilitates training, helps partners navigate challenges and remains a close point of contact as learning is carried back into villages.

With postgraduate training in economics and law and more than fourteen years in social development, Sunil has worked across access to justice, livelihoods, skills and the rights of older persons. His own journey through marginalisation grounds his commitment to making knowledge and public systems more accessible.

Sunil brings patience and continuity to relationships that develop over time. He enjoys classic Hindi songs and time with his wife and two daughters, and carries into his work a strong belief that learning should strengthen both individual confidence and collective life.
